Using an Everyday Rewards Card (the "Card") will make it easier for you to keep track of and redeem Fuel Saving Offers(fuel e-vouchers). In addition, if you register your Card with us (see how to register below), it will allow you to link your Card to Cards held by your family or friends (see Card Linking below) and to qualify for other promotions which may be offered from time to time ("Extra Rewards").
Pick up a Card from a Participating Supermarket. Membership to the Everyday Rewards Program is free.
You can only use your Card at Woolworths/Safeway supermarkets (“Participating Supermarkets”) or BIG W stores ("Participating BIG W Stores")and CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets ("Participating Fuel Outlets"). The Everyday Rewards Program will not operate in Tasmania.
To qualify for a Fuel Saving Offer, you must spend at least the minimum qualifying amount, as advertised from time to time, ("Smoking / Tobacco product" purchases in Queensland and South Australia are excluded from the qualifying amount by law) in a single transaction at one of our Participating Supermarkets or Participating BIG W stores and swipe your Card at the checkout before paying for your purchases. Multiple Fuel Saving Offers can be loaded on your Card. Provided you have registered your Card (for how to register see below) you can check the status of the Fuel Saving Offers loaded on your Card by visiting our website at everydayrewards.com.au (the "Website") or telephoning our Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 ("Call Centre"). If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred on your Everyday Rewards Card, you should call 1300 10 1234.
One Fuel Saving Offer may be redeemed against a fuel purchase from a Participating Fuel Outlet before its expiry date by swiping your Card before paying for your Fuel. A Fuel Saving Offer entitlement expires 28 days after the time of issue, if not redeemed.
The Saving value of an entitlement to a Fuel Saving Offer may vary from time to time and will be advertised in store at Participating Supermarkets or Participating BIG W stores. The saving value of a Fuel Saving Offer loaded on your Card will not change after it is issued.
A limit of one Fuel Saving Offer per fuel purchase transaction, per vehicle for a fuel purchase up to 150 litres applies. If more than one entitlement to a Fuel Saving Offer has been loaded onto your Card, the Fuel Saving Offer with the highest Saving value will automatically be redeemed first.
This ensures that you receive the benefit of the maximum Fuel Saving first but may result in an earlier Offer expiring.
Where Fuel Saving Offers are of the same value, the Fuel Saving Offer with the earliest expiry date will automatically be redeemed first.
If there is no valid entitlement to a Fuel Saving Offer on your Card, Woolworths is not obliged to offer you a Saving on your fuel purchase.
Fuel Saving Offers are not available in conjunction with, or in addition to any other Woolworths offer, benefit or promotion unless otherwise stated. A Fuel Saving Offer cannot be redeemed on purchases:
of LPG at designated CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets; or
on any Caltex Starcard , or
of non fuel products.
If you also wish to participate in other benefits such as linking your Card to Cards held by your family (see Linked Cards below) or our Extra Rewards program, you must first register your Card on our Website or by completing and posting the registration form you received with your Card in accordance with the directions on the registration form.
A registered Card is not transferable, and may only be used by the registered Cardholder. It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated. If your personal details change and you fail to notify us of the change we might not be able to offer or provide to you Extra Rewards or other benefits and may need to cancel your Card.
If you register your Card, you will qualify for any Extra Rewards which may be offered from time to time, including entry into prize draw competitions. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Extra Rewards promotions. The details and terms and conditions of any Extra Rewards will be available on the Website and displayed in the Participating Supermarkets at the time of offer.You will not qualify for Extra Rewards by shopping at a Participating BIG W store.
If you have registered your Card, you can link it to Cards which have been registered by your family or friends, by telephoning our Call Centre. When you call to link registered Cards, you may be required to supply personal information for verification purposes. (You should note that all linked cardholders may utilize your current entitlements without your prior knowledge. In registering any linked Cards you consent to those cardholders accessing your accrued entitlements.)
All Fuel Saving Offers loaded on linked Cards will be credited to one account (the "Account"). The Account will be available to be drawn on by each linked Card so that any linked Cardholder may redeem a valid Fuel Saving Offer credited to the Account. If a linked Cardholder uses a Fuel Saving Offer loaded on an Account, that Fuel Saving Offer is accepted as redeemed and is no longer available for redemption by other linked Cardholders.
Extra Rewards will not be credited to an Account and will remain on the Card that accumulated them. Extra Rewards can only be redeemed by that Cardholder.
If your Card is linked, you and your family or friends must nominate one Card as the primary Card ("Primary Card"). If you subsequently unlink your Cards, the Account will only be accessible by the Primary Card.
You may cancel your Card either on our Website or by telephoning our Call Centre.
If a Card is cancelled any Fuel Saving Offers or Extra Rewards not already redeemed by the Cardholder will be automatically forfeited.
If a Primary Card is cancelled the Account and all linked Cards will also be cancelled. Any current Fuel Saving Offers standing to the credit of the Account will be forfeited.
If a Card, other than the Primary Card, is cancelled the remaining linked Cards will continue to have access to current valid Fuel Savings Offers recorded in the Account.
Keep your Card in a safe place. If your Card is lost, stolen or damaged, visit our Website, telephone our Call Centre or write to us at Everyday Rewards PO Box 8000, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153.
If you have registered your Card and your Card is lost or stolen, Woolworths may issue you with a replacement Card. Any Fuel Saving Offers loaded on your lost or stolen registered Card will be cancelled but may be replaced by Woolworths. However, if your Card is not registered, any Fuel Saving Offers already loaded on that lost Card cannot be replaced.
If your Card is damaged or unusable, Woolworths may issue you with a replacement Card. If your Card is registered or if the unique barcode on the Card is still readable, any Fuel Saving Offers loaded on your damaged Card may be replaced by Woolworths. However, if your Card is not registered and the unique barcode is not readable, any Fuel Saving Offers already loaded on that damaged Card can not be replaced.
The issuing of replacement Cards and the re-instatement of current entitlements to Fuel Saving Offers on lost, stolen or damaged Cards is at Woolworths' discretion.
Fuel Saving Offers and Extra Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or gift-cards.
Your Card is issued by and remains the property of Woolworths Limited ABN 88 000 014 675. Woolworths reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
- decline to issue Cards;
- on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel Cards, entitlements to Fuel Saving Offers or Extra Rewards;
- terminate a Cardholder's membership in the Everyday Rewards Program; or
- terminate the Everyday Rewards Program.
Reasonable grounds for withdrawal or cancellation include:
- any abuse or attempted abuse of the Card or the Everyday Rewards Program;
- any use or attempted use of a Card, entitlement to a Fuel Saving or Extra Reward in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions; or
- any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty of a Cardholder in connection with the Everyday Rewards Program.
Any tampering or defacing or unauthorized use of a Card will render the Card invalid.
- Any delay in replacing a lost, stolen or damaged Card.
- Any loss, theft or damage to any documentation in the course of post or delivery of that documentation.
- The suspension and/or termination of the Everyday Rewards Program.
Woolworths Limited respects your privacy. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We will only use your personal information to operate and to provide you with the membership benefits of the Everyday Rewards Program (including our member newsletter) and to bring you other special offers from the Woolworths Group.
We may share your personal information with third parties who provide services to us in relation to the Everyday Rewards Program (such as mailing houses and printers).
You may access your personal information, by visiting our Website or by telephoning our Call Centre during business hours or, writing to us at Everyday Rewards Woolworths Ltd. 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista. NSW 2153.
Subject to prior notice, Woolworths Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time. An updated copy of the Terms and Conditions will be published in a daily newspaper and will be available on our Website or by telephoning our Call Centre. Continuing to use your Card after amendments to the Terms and Conditions have been published on our Website will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
