1. What is Everyday Rewards ?

Everyday Rewards is a new initiative by Woolworths which will allow you to have your earned fuel saving offers stored electronically, (fuel e-vouchers) on your Everyday Rewards card. Using an Everyday Rewards card will make it easier for you to keep track of, and redeem your fuel e-vouchers. In addition, if you register your card, you will be able to link your card to registered cards held by your family. Plus registering your card qualifies you for Extra Rewards, which may be offered from time to time and can include prizes.

2. How do I get an Everyday Rewards card ?

Everyday Rewards cards are available at participating Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets.

3. Can I have more than one card ?

No. You can only have one registered Everyday Rewards card. However, you can link your card to other registered cardholders. (See LINKED CARDS below.)

4. How can I find out which supermarkets and fuel outlets are participating in Everyday Rewards ?

Click here for a list of participating Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets and click here for participating CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets. The Everyday Rewards program will not operate in Tasmania.

5. How can I find out which BIG W stores are participating in Everyday Rewards ?

Click here for a list of participating BIG W stores. Note that BIG W stores are not participating in the prize competitions.

6 How do I register my Everyday Rewards card ?

Firstly you will need to pick up a card from a participating supermarket. Then simply go to everydayrewards.com.au, or fill in the registration coupon attached to your card. There is a limit of 1 registered card per person.

Extra Rewards

7. What are the benefits of registering my Everyday Rewards card ?

Registering your card qualifies you for Extra Rewards, which may be offered from time to time and can include prizes. Plus, when you register, you will receive an account login which will enable you to track your earned fuel e-vouchers online.

8. What do I need to do for the chance to win prizes ?

The chance to win prizes may be offered from time to time. Simply present your registered card when you shop at a participating supermarket. Click here for a list of the current prize competitions and terms and conditions. There is a limit of 1 entry per card per day.

Fuel e-vouchers

9. What is a fuel e-voucher ?

A fuel e-voucher is like a paper fuel saving docket, except instead of paper, your earned fuel saving offer is loaded electronically onto your Everyday Rewards card.

10. What do I need to do to earn a fuel e-voucher?

Just spend the advertised qualifying amount or more, in a single transaction, at a participating supermarket or BIG W store and present your Everyday Rewards card to the Service Cashier before payment. Your earned fuel saving offer will then automatically be loaded onto your card.

11. How soon can I redeem my fuel e-voucher ?

By the time you have completed your shopping, put your groceries in your car and pulled up at your closest participating CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlet, your fuel e-voucher will have been loaded on your card.

12. Where can I redeem fuel e-vouchers ?

Fuel e-vouchers can be redeemed at participating CALTEX WOOLWORTHS/SAFEWAY co-branded fuel outlets.

13. If I spend twice the qualifying amount in one transaction, can I get two fuel e-vouchers loaded onto my card ?

No. You are only eligible for one fuel e-voucher per single transaction.

14. Can I combine the fuel e-vouchers on my card ?

No. Individual fuel e-vouchers cannot be combined or added together. The saving value of a fuel e-voucher cannot be changed once it has been loaded onto your card.

15. How many fuel e-vouchers can I use at one time ?

You can only redeem one fuel e-voucher every time you fill up. Note that highest value fuel e-voucher is automatically redeemed first, and then the oldest fuel e-voucher.

16. Can I change the order in which I use my fuel e-vouchers ?

No, the order of fuel e-vouchers is automatic. The system automatically redeems the highest value fuel e-voucher first then the oldest fuel e-voucher. This ensures that you receive the benefit of the maximum fuel saving first but may result in an earlier e-voucher expiring.

17. Do my fuel e-vouchers expire ?

Yes, just like the paper fuel saving dockets, your fuel e-vouchers will expire 28 days after the date of issue.

18. How can I check the number of fuel e-vouchers on my Everyday Rewards card ?

If you have a registered Everyday Rewards card, log onto everydayrewards.com.au and you will be able to see where you have accrued and redeemed your fuel e-vouchers. Or you can ring our Customer Service Centre 1300 10 1234. If you have not registered your Everyday Rewards card log on to everydayrewards.com.au and follow the prompts.

19. If I forget my Everyday Rewards card when shopping, can I still receive a fuel saving offer docket? Can this fuel saving offer docket then be added to my card ?

If you spend the qualifying amount in one transaction and forget your Everyday Rewards card, you will be issued with a paper fuel saving docket. This paper docket cannot be added to your card.

20. Can I suspend my fuel e-vouchers if I go on holidays ?

No. Fuel e-vouchers are subject to expiry (28 days) and cannot be suspended.

21. Can I transfer my fuel e-vouchers to someone else ?

No, your fuel e-vouchers can only be redeemed through your card or a linked card joined to your account.

22. What do I do if I believe I have a fuel e-voucher stored on my Everyday Rewards card, but there are not any when I go to use my card at the fuel outlet?

Call 1300 10 1234 or log onto everydayrewards.com.au to check your accrued or redeemed fuel e-vouchers.

23. What do I do if I believe I received a different value fuel e-voucher to what I think I should have received ?

Call 1300 10 1234 or log onto everydayrewards.com.au to check your accrued or redeemed fuel e-vouchers.

24. Does my supermarket receipt tell me how many fuel e-vouchers I have left to use ?

No, you will need to log on to everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234 to see how many valid fuel e-vouchers are loaded on your card.

25. Does my supermarket receipt tell me when my next fuel e-voucher is due to expire ?

No, but checking fuel e-voucher expiry is easy. Simply log onto everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234.

26. Do I get fuel e-vouchers when I purchase a WISH Gift Card ?

No. WISH Gift card activation does not qualify for a fuel offer.

Linked Cards

27. How do I link an Everyday Rewards card ?

If you have registered your Everyday Rewards card, you can link it to other registered Everyday Rewards cards. A maximum of 5 cards may be linked together. To link the cards you must gain the consent of the other registered cardholders and then link the cards online or call us on 1300 10 1234. To link your registered Everyday Rewards card online log in to your account and go to the 'my account' page and click on the 'Link additional card' on the left hand menu. One cardholder must be nominated as the Primary Cardholder. All fuel e-vouchers from the linked cards will be credited to this primary cardholder’s account and all linked cardholders will be able draw the e-vouchers from this account when they fill up.

Note: that all linked cardholders may utilize your current entitlements without your prior knowledge. In registering any linked cards you consent to those cardholders accessing your accrued entitlements. Click here for Terms and Conditions of linking cards.

28. Do linked cardholders access the same pool of fuel e-vouchers ?

Yes, linked cardholders access each other’s fuel e-vouchers. All fuel e-vouchers on linked cards are credited to one account and any linked cardholder may redeem e-vouchers from this account when they fill up. If a linked cardholder uses an e-voucher loaded on an account, that e-voucher is accepted as redeemed and is no longer available for redemption by other linked cardholders.

Note: By linking cards, all cardholders consent to the other linked card holders having access to their fuel e-vouchers.

29. How can I unlink a card?

Linked cards can’t be unlinked in future. To unlink, the Primary or Secondary card holder must cancel their card. If a Primary Card is cancelled the Account and all linked Cards will also be cancelled. Any Fuel Saving offer standing to the credit of the Account will be forfeited. If a card, other than the Primary Card, is cancelled the remaining linked Cards will continue to have access to the Account.

Cancelled Cards

30. How do I cancel my Everyday Rewards card ?

To cancel a card, log onto everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234. If a card is cancelled, any fuel e-vouchers not redeemed or Extra Rewards will automatically be forfeited.

31. What happens when a linked card is cancelled ?

If a primary card is cancelled, this will cancel the account and therefore will also cancel any other cards linked to this primary card. Any fuel e-vouchers not redeemed, (and Extra Rewards) will automatically be forfeited for all the cards. If a card, other than the primary card is cancelled, the remaining linked cards will continue to have access to the fuel e-vouchers account (as well as their Extra Rewards).

32. What should I do if my card has been lost or stolen ?

If your registered card has been lost or stolen, pick up a new card from a participating supermarket and then log on to everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234. Any fuel e-vouchers loaded onto the card may be replaced at Woolworths’ discretion. If a non-registered card is lost, any fuel e-vouchers already loaded on that card cannot be replaced.

33. What should I do if my card is damaged ?

If your registered card is damaged or unusable, pick up a new card from a participating supermarket and then log on to everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234. Any fuel e-vouchers loaded onto the card may be replaced at Woolworths’ discretion. If a non-registered card is damaged and unusable and the unique barcode can be read, any fuel e-vouchers already loaded on that card may be replaced at Woolworths’ discretion. If a non-registered card is damaged and unusable and the unique barcode cannot be read, any fuel e-vouchers already loaded on that card cannot be replaced.

34. How old do I have to be to participate in the Everyday Rewards program ?

There is no age restriction.

35. How do I update my personal details ?

To update your personal details simply log onto everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234.

36. How do I change my password ?

To change your password simply log onto everydayrewards.com.au or call 1300 10 1234.

37. I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do ?

Just click on Forgot Password icon (?) at everydayrewards.com.au for a password reminder or simply call 1300 10 1234.

38. Are my personal details secured?

Woolworths Limited respects your privacy. We collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We will only use your personal information to operate and to provide you with the membership benefits of the Everyday Rewards Program (including our member newsletter) and to bring you other special offers from the Woolworths Group. We may share your personal information with third parties who provide services to us in relation to the Everyday Rewards Program (such as mailing houses and printers).
